Justin Dowel and Matt Lee took out the 2004 Bega Valley Motors Rally in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V1. There were many hard luck stories and many surprises as well, including car 72, Beau Griggs/Craig Scott leading the event at the first regroup!
