Chris and Ben Atkinson took out the 2004 Premier State Rally, winning both heats and topping the stage charts to take maximum ARC points. John Mitchell and Jamie Neale won the NSW component of the event, which ran on the Friday and Saturday, but had an off on the Sunday denting their hopes for a high placing in the overall event. Lots of action for the photographers with jumps and bumps and lots of rough stuff.
